Persian Carpet Art is one of the leading specialists in Oriental carpets in the UK, supplying high quality pieces to department stores, specialists and independent retailers. The company specialises in furnishing pieces and also offers the largest selection of Decorative Oversize, square and unusual carpets in this country.

The owner Koosha Hazaveh puts his success down to a high degree of quality control, a good eye for what the UK market requires, and the advantage of a strong family base in Iran itself. The Hazavehs have been in the business of producing and exporting Persian carpets since the 19th Century. The family originally owned the village of Hazaveh, near Arak, but later moved to Arak itself from which at one time they operated a business owning 4000 looms and employing an army of designers, dyers and weavers.

With long established connections in major production centres in Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and China, goods are collected ready to be inspected by Koosha Hazaveh to ensure that the carpets are aesthetically pleasing and of high quality and consistency. They are then processed and sent to the UK warehouse and partners in Germany, from where they are sold and exported to the US and other countries around the world.
